SIMULATED GAMBLING DISCLOSURE
Blackjack Empire is a simulated gambling game for entertainment only. No real money can be won or lost. Virtual chips have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

Chip Stack Studios ("we", "our", "us") operates the Blackjack Empire mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Blackjack Empire is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
- Game Data: Your game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- Crash Reports: If the app crashes, anonymous diagnostic data may be sent to help us improve the app. This does not include personal information.

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

All game data (balance, statistics, settings) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have servers that store your personal game data. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.
AGE RESTRICTION
Blackjack Empire is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The app is not directed at children of any age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not download or use this app.
PLAY RESPONSIBLY
Blackjack Empire is simulated gambling. No real money can be won or lost, and virtual chips have no real-world value. Even so, gambling-style games are best enjoyed in moderation. We encourage you to treat the game as entertainment, take regular breaks, and never let play interfere with work, studies, finances or relationships.
If gambling, simulated or otherwise, stops feeling like a game, or if you struggle with real-money gambling, help is available. Your device settings and app store tools can also be used to limit screen time or purchases.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store payment information. All transactions are handled by the respective platform.
YOUR RIGHTS
Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can:
- Clear app data through your device settings
- Uninstall the app to delete all associated data
- Opt out of personalized ads in device settings
